Help & Support

Welcome to the GoFundRobots.org Help Center. Here you'll find answers to common questions and guidance on how to use our platform effectively.

Your Team ID and password are essential for accessing your account. If you don't have this information, please contact your team's lead mentor or coach. They can request them via email at team453.firstrobotics@gmail.com.

If you've forgotten your password or need it reset, don't worry! Passwords are reset annually for each league on Kickoff day. However, if you need an immediate reset, your team's lead mentor or coach can assist you. They can request a reset by contacting us at team453.firstrobotics@gmail.com.

Logging in is straightforward. Enter your Team ID and password on the login page and click 'Login'. Remember, Team IDs follow the format of a 3-letter league code and your team number (e.g., FRC453, FTC1234, FLL12345). It's important to note that passwords are case-sensitive.

To start a fundraiser, first log in with your Team ID and password. Then, on the home page, click the 'New Fundraiser' button. A form will pop up for you to fill in your fundraiser details. After completing the form, you can publish your fundraiser.

After creating a fundraiser, you can increase its visibility by sharing it. Use the sharing tools on the fundraiser page to share via social media or email. These tools generate a basic post with a link to your fundraiser, which you can customize before sharing to reach a wider audience.

If you're interested in supporting a fundraiser, click on the event to learn how to participate. This may involve purchasing a product, attending an event, or donating through a third-party platform. Please note that GoFundRobots.org does not directly handle the collection or distribution of funds.

You can edit or delete your events from their respective event landing pages. To do this, navigate to the event you wish to modify and use the 'Edit' or 'Delete' options available. Please note that editing an event will update its existing information, while deleting an event will remove it permanently from the platform.

For more technical users interested in accessing raw event data, our platform provides a raw feed. This can be accessed by navigating to a URL in the format of 'https://us-central1-frcroboregistry.cloudfunctions.net/api/events/{EventID}/raw'. Replace '{EventID}' with the specific ID of the event you are interested in. This feature is particularly useful for analyzing data or integrating it with other applications.

Our statistics page provides a detailed breakdown of various fundraising activities. Here you can view total funds raised, the number of events, and other key metrics to gauge the success of your fundraising efforts.

The event archive is a comprehensive list of all past events. You can use this feature to review past events, learn from successful campaigns, and plan future fundraising strategies.

Our fundraiser guides offer detailed instructions and tips for setting up and running various types of fundraisers. They are a valuable resource for planning and executing successful fundraising events.
